How does the $69 dispatch fee work?

The $69 dispatch fee brings a Live Wire electrician to your home. It is applied toward your repair when work is performed. Active members have the dispatch fee waived. We explain the work and pricing before you approve a repair.

Can I call for an electrical emergency?

Yes. Call (206) 238-0265 for 24/7 emergency assistance. Don’t wait for an online request to be answered when you need urgent help. For a fire or immediate danger, leave the area and call 911.

Do you offer same-day appointments?

Same-day options may be available depending on our schedule, your location, and the work needed. Call our team to check availability. An online service request is not a confirmed appointment until our office follows up.

Is your electrical work covered by a warranty?

Our standard warranty is two years on equipment and services. Membership provides additional warranty benefits while your membership is active. See the membership details or ask our team about coverage for your project.
